Susanna B. Long (76) a guest at the Jefferson Manor in Brookville, PA formerly of Main St. in Brookville, PA passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at the Jefferson Manor in Brookville.

She was born September 1, 1940 in Climax, PA the daughter of Alvin Long and Helen Flix Anthony.

Sue worked as a dishwasher at the 76 Truck Stop in Strattanville, PA and later retired as a dishwasher from the Truck Stop of America in Brookville, PA after 23 years.

She enjoyed embroidery, watching TV, loved word search puzzles and especially loved her cats.

Sue is survived by 1 son — Thomas L. Long (wife Tina A.) of Brookville, PA, 1 Sister — Carletta Doverspike of New Castle, PA, 1 Grandson — Thomas L. Long II, and 1 Nephew — Shaun Long.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 Brother — Arnold Long.

Out of respect for Susanna’s wishes a private family service will be held at a later date and internment will take place in Squirrel Hill Cemetery in Armstrong Co., PA.
