CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin State Police, around 12:30 p.m. on November 26, an incident of disorderly conduct occurred on Orsino Drive in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

Police say 48-year-old Romaine Flinspach of Franklin and 35-year-old Brad Whitling of Seneca engaged in a verbal/physical altercation over a parking spot.
