Teen Loses Control of Vehicle, Crashes into Stone Wall in Sugarcreek Borough

SUGARCREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — A teen driver lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a stone wall on Thursday morning in Sugarcreek Borough.

According to Franklin-based State Police, around 7:14 a.m. on Thursday, March 7, a 17-year-old female was operating a 2008 Hyundai Elantra, traveling east on Sugarcreek Drive in Sugarcreek Borough, Venango County.

Police say the teen driver lost control of her vehicle on the snow-covered roads and struck a stone wall on the left side of the roadway.

She was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured.

Rocky Grove Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.

The vehicle was towed by Lowry’s Towing.
