Teens Charged with Alleged Drug Possession, One Arrested on Outstanding Warrants

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Following a report of a suspicious vehicle around 1:00 a.m. on March 21, Oil City Police discovered two teens were allegedly in possession of a controlled substance in a vehicle in the rear lot of a vacant building on Willow Street, in Oil City, Venango County.

According to police, 19-year-old Brandon Sloan, of Oil City, and 19-year-old Joel Rinker, Jr., of Erie, were charged via a summons for possession of marijuana.

Sloan was also found to have outstanding warrant from Girard PSP and was turned over to the state police.
