UPDATE: Teens Who Escaped Abraxas Custody in Clarion Found

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police confirmed Tuesday that the two teenage girls who escaped Abraxas custody in Clarion were found and returned to Abraxas.

According to police, around 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 2, Sarah Mae June and Jyra M. Bissell, both 16, escaped Abraxas custody at the Clarion Hospital.

Police say the girls have both been found and have returned to Abraxas as of Tuesday afternoon.

Specific information on how and where the teens were apprehended has not yet been released.
