Ten Players from District 9 and District 10 Selected All-State in Boys’ Basketball

HARRISBURG, Pa. (D9Sports) – Two District 9 and eight District 10 players were named All-State in boys’ basketball by the Pennsylvania Sports Writers Tueaday.

Coudersport’s Owen Chambers (30.7 ppg; D9 record 2,269 career points) was a first-team Class 2A selection, and DuBois Central Catholic’s Justin Miknis (21.3 ppg) was a third-team Class 1A choice representing District 9.

From District 10, Kennedy Catholic’s Maceo Austin (22.3 ppg) and Oscar Tshiebwe (23.2 ppg) were first-team Class 6A selections, Erie McDowell’s William Jeffress was a second-team Class 6A choice, Meadville’s Lashon Lindsey (23.8 ppg) was a second-team Class 5A selection, Hickory’s Donald Whitehead (20.6 ppg) was a second-team Class 4A honoree, Sharon’s Ethan Porterfield (21.0 ppg) was a second-team Class 3A choice and Farrell’s Kyi Write (17.0 ppg) was a third-team Class 2A selection.
