EMLENTON, Pa. (EYT) — Area outdoorsmen won’t want to miss Ball in the Valley, Inc.’s first annual fundraiser banquet sponsored by The Allegheny Grille.

Ball in the Valley’s first Annual Fundraiser Banquet, to benefit local youth baseball, is being held on Saturday, January 5, at Reminisce Banquet Hall in Emlenton.

The doors will open at 4:00 p.m., and dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m.

Dinner will be served banquet style with Beef Tenderloin Medallions, Stuffed Chicken Breasts, or Stuffed Pork Chops as the main courses. Beer and wine will be provided. BYOB is not permitted.

The event also includes door prizes, raffles featuring over 25 guns and various sporting goods, a stretch raffle, card games, a Wall of Guns, a Wall of Handguns, and more.

Ticket price for the event is $50.00. All tickets are advanced sale. Early responses are recommended: this banquet is expected to sell out. Please note that due to the laws regarding Small Games of Chance licenses, the banquet is limited to persons 18 years or older.

The banquet is being modeled after the very popular raffle banquet organized by Clarion County Sportsmen For Youth, Inc.

Ball in the Valley, Inc. is also offering an opportunity to be an “Early Bird.” To qualify as an “Early Bird,” reservations must be postmarked by November 15, 2018. As an “Early Bird,” you will be able to purchase a minimum of $100.00 in general raffle tickets (in addition to your dinner ticket). That amount will be doubled and you will receive $200.00 in general raffle tickets at the door. Purchase $200.00 in general raffle tickets and receive $400.00 in general raffle tickets at the door. Your ticket order must be postmarked by the deadline of November 15, 2018, to qualify as an “Early Bird.” Absolutely no exceptions.

Eight-person sponsor tables are also available. For $600.00, a table will be reserved in your name and include eight dinner tickets. All those who buy a sponsor table will be entered in a special gun drawing. All table sponsors will receive recognition. The event is limited to 25 sponsor tables, so please respond early. Multiple parties that would like to share a table should collect the money and submit only one check/payment.

Ball In The Valley, Inc., is a registered 501c3 Non-Profit organization (filed). All donations are tax deductible. The money raised at this banquet will be used in the local area to help improve the youth baseball programs by helping with training needs, equipment, and spring training trips. It is community support that makes this all possible.
