‘The Volunteers’ US Army Field Band Set to Perform Aug. 29 in Franklin

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — “The Volunteers” United States Army Field Band is set to perform in Bandstand Park on Friday, Aug. 29 at 7 p.m. in Franklin as part of the “Rockin’ Labor Day Weekend.”

Since its inception in 1981, “The Volunteers” have been telling the Army story through a combination of rock, pop, country, and patriotic music.

Its members have performed for millions in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, Canda, Mexico, Kuwait, and Iraq.

The concert is free and open to the public.

Bandstand park is located in downtown Franklin.
