SANDY CREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Three people, including two juveniles, have been charged in the aggravated assault of an Oil City man.

State police in Franklin said the crime occurred on Friday around 11:15 p.m. when two known juveniles and 18-year-old Ameer Anthony Lloyd, of Franklin, allegedly physically assaulted a 56-year-old Oil City man during a dispute on Hudmont Lane.

Written assault allegations against both juveniles were filed with the Court of Common Pleas 28th Judicial District in Venango County.

Llloyd was arrested at the scene and arraigned before Judge Patrick E. Lowrey on Aggravated Assault charges.

Lloyd was placed in Venango County Jail on $15,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing for Lloyd is scheduled for 5/16/12.
