Tickets Still Available for Oil City Wine Walk

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Oil City Main Street is hosting “Oil City Uncorked” wine walk Friday in downtown Oil City.

The event runs from 4:30-8:30 p.m.

Eleven wineries will be located at various host businesses in the city’s north side business district.

Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 day of event, while supplies last. They can be purchased at the Tipsy Chef, 45 Seneca Street (open 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. every day) or online at www.oilcitymainstreet.org.

Participants must be 21 or older on the day of the event.

Oil City Main Street Director Kathy Bailey said plenty of tickets are still available.

Each ticket holder must report in person to the event check-in with ticket and valid photo ID in hand. Check-in opens at 3 p.m. at Oil Region Alliance office, 217 Elm Street, and closes at 6:30 pm.

Also, singer Samantha Sears will be performing in the Town Square at 4:30 p.m. The performance is open to the public and tickets are not required.

Bailey suggested that people should brings chairs and blankets.

A map with winery locations will be provided upon check-in. A wine pick-up location will be available for wine purchased during the event.

The money raised will benefit the downtown revitalization efforts of the Oil City Main Street Program.
