An open house and ribbon cutting ceremony were held the same evening to celebrate the opening. Many community members including members of the Tionesta Health Committee attended.

THC, which is affiliated with Titusville Area Hospital (TAH) and Oil Valley Medical Group (Oil Valley Internal Medicine and Oak Street Pediatrics), operates as a family medicine clinic providing care for all ages.

Lara Johnson, PA-C is the primary healthcare provider in Tionesta. Ms. Johnson provides care for patients of all ages. Pediatrician, Mary Joan Gidor, MD also provides care in the office on a limited basis.

THC is open weekly Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Medical appointments are preferred. Walk-in patients are also welcome and will be examined as the schedule permits. Anyone who would like to establish with the office is asked to call (814) 755-3631. The staff can assist in transferring medical records.

Lab draws are also available during business hours. Appointments are not necessary for blood work. Anyone who is not a patient of the office will need an order from their physician.

“TAH is proud to offer healthcare services in Tionesta. The number of individuals that attended the open house delighted me. The support of the community from the planning stage to the grand opening has been overwhelming,” stated Lee Clinton, CEO of TAH.
