Tionesta Man Accused of Firearms Violation in Washington Township

WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – According to Marienville-based State Police, on Friday night, a firearms violation occurred on State Route 36, in Washington Township, Clarion County.

Police say 20-year-old John Joseph Carulli, of Tionesta, “was stopped for speeding and was found to be in possession of a concealed firearm.”

Carulli did not possess a valid license to carry a firearm, according to police.

Police say Carulli will be charged with the following offenses:

– Firearms Not to Be Carried Without a License, Misdemeanor 1
– Maximum Speed Limits, Summary

Charges will be filed at District Court # 18-3-02 located on Amsler Avenue in Shippenville, Pa.
