CHERRYTREE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, around 6:34 p.m. on August 28, an incident of Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct occurred on Old Route 8, in Cherrytree Township, Venango County.

Police say Rick Ritchie, of Titusville, was cited for Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct following an alleged incident at the above location.

Charges will be filed at Magistrate Fish’s office in Pleasantville.
