SUGARCREEK, Pa. (EYT) — Sugarcreek Borough Police say a Titusville man is facing multiple DUI-related charges following an one-vehicle crash that occurred in Sugarcreek Borough, Venango County.

According to police, the one-vehicle rollover crash involving 22-year-old Zachary Warner occurred around 12:01 a.m. on April 26 in the 1900 block of Rocky Grove Avenue.

Police say Warner has been charged with the following:

– DUI — Highest Rate
– DUI — General Impairment
– Reckless Driving
– Careless Driving
– Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed
– Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic
