Titusville Teen Allegedly Steals Car in Warren County, Crashes Vehicle, and Flees Scene

WARREN COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — According to Warren-based state police, a 17-year-old stole a car from Clarendon Boro, crashed it in Warren, and fled scene.

Police say sometime between 11:30 p.m. on September 21, 2012, and 12:30 a.m. on September 22, 2012, a 17-year-old from Titusville, Pa., stole a car that was parked at 2 Anchor Street in Clarendon Boro, Warren County, Pa.

The teenager then drove the vehicle to Warren, crashed it on Grass Flats Boulevard, and fled the scene.

The teen was located in the area — committing additional crimes — and subsequently apprehended by Conewango Township Police Department.

Charges will be filed through the Warren County Juvenile Court.
