Saturday’s events:

7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. — Venango Youth for Christ Pancake Breakfast, Grace United Methodist Church

Children Ages 5 — 12 $4, Adults $7

9:00 a.m. — Oil City Firefighters 5K Run/Walk

Benefiting Oil City Firefighters. Race begins on West First and Petroleum Street Pre-registration $20, Day of event $25

9:00 a.m. — Ike’s Children’s Fishing Derby

Waltonia Park Registration: 8:00 a.m., Derby: 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Age groups: 5/6, 7/8, 9-12. Prizes awarded in each age group.

9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. — Friends of the Library Book Sale, Christ Episcopal Church

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. — Oil Heritage Artisan & Fine Craft Festival, Seneca Street

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. — Home Vendor Show, Venango Museum

Time TBD — Oil Heritage Baseball Tournament, Oil City Junior League Baseball Fields

10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. — Old Fashioned Photo Shoot

Hosted by Bright Ideas Learning Center, Lyric Theatre, Seneca Street. $10 per 5”x7”. Costumes provided.

10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. — Ultimate Frisbee Tournament, Oil City High School Football Field

Sponsored by FLEX. Teams should consist of 7 players. Entry fee: $35/team, $5/individual (matched to form team).

10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. — Oil Heritage Art Shows, National Transit Building, Annex, Graffiti Gallery & 46 Seneca St

1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. — Oil Rigs 2018: Jeep Cruise-In, Central Avenue Plaza

4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. — St. Stephen Church Heritage Festival, St. Stephen Church Parking Lot (State & Front Street)

Food booth open at 4:00 p.m., games 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

5:00 p.m. — Oil Heritage Festival Parade

40 Years of Oil Heritage—The area’s largest parade! Begins at Orange Street to Seneca Street.

7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. — Concert: Street Level, Justus Park

$1 Gate Fee

10:00 p.m. — Fireworks Spectacular, Justus Park
