Clintonville Volunteer Fire Department responded to the 4:15 a.m. collision, which took place near mile-marker 30.

According to Clintonville Volunteer Fire Chief Gerry Rea, the driver of one tractor trailer swerved into the passing lane, side swiping the truck in the photograph above and pushing it into the median.

The truck which allegedly caused the crash was hauling lotion from California. The driver and one passenger were transported from the scene to Grove City Medical Center by Superior Ambulance.

The truck which ended up in the median, shown in the photo above, was hauling fresh produce. The Ohio driver was headed for Cleveland and was uninjured.
