Traffic Restrictions Planned for Atlantic Avenue in Franklin

FRANKLIN, Pa. – Traffic restrictions on Atlantic Avenue (Route 4004) in the City of Franklin, Venango County, will be in place on Monday, October 14.

The roadway will be closed to through traffic as paving is completed. Access to homes and businesses along the street will be maintained.

Motorists are encouraged to take other routes whenever possible.

PennDOT urges motorists to slow down when driving in work zones, and also to be alert to changing conditions, avoid distractions and to pay attention to signs and flaggers. Drive responsibly in work zones for your safety and the safety of the workers.
