Trailer Park Evacuated During Sunday Night’s Storm

POLK, Pa. (EYT) – Sources say approximately 15 people were evacuated from a trailer park in Polk resulting from flooding that occurred last night around 10:15 p.m.

The storm that swept through the area yesterday caused panic for several Polk residents yesterday.

According to Venango County Emergency Management Agency, residents of a trailer park on Main Street Extension in Polk were evacuated during the initial heavy downpours.

The residents returned to their homes shortly afterwards, the dispatcher reported.
