Twelve Arrested in Major Drug Bust in Venango County

VENANGO COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – Twelve people are in custody following a major drug bust Wednesday in Venango County.

The charges were filed by the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.

The following individuals are facing charges in connection with the case:

Tuesdy Lynn Seippel, 41, of Erie

  • Conspiracy to Violate 911b1, 911b2, 911b3
  • Corrupt Organizations — Employee
  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, 3 counts
  • Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, 2 counts
  • Criminal Use Of Communication Facility
  • Dealing in Proceeds of Unlawful Activities/Intent To Promote
  • Knowledge That Property Is Proceeds of Illegal Act

Bail was set at $75,000 monetary.

Meagan Brianna Henderson, 22, of Oil City

  • Corrupt Organizations — Employee
  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, 3 counts

Bail was set at $75,000 monetary.

The above defendants were lodged in the Venango County Jail.

Preliminary hearings are set for April 6, 2016, before Magisterial District Judge Matthew T. Kirtland.

Officials have not yet released specific details on the arrests. Additional information is expected to be released on Thursday.
