Two Accused of Retail Theft at WalMart

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police say around 12:33 p.m. on January 22, a Retail Theft occurred at WalMart, in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

According to police, Trapper Shuffstall and Ashley Shuffstall, of Oil City, allegedly stole two sweaters and wiper blades from a WalMart in Cranberry Township.

The total amount stolen was listed at $55.70.

Trapper Shuffstall was charged with one count of retail theft, summary.

Ashley Shuffstall was charged with one count criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft, Misdemeanor 2.

Charges were filed in District Court 28-3-04.
