CRANBERRY, Pa. (EYT) – Two people were arrested on retail theft charges at The Cranberry Mall yesterday.

State police said Rebecca N. Young, of Franklin, and Cory J. Gutowski, of Oil City, were arrested on retail theft charges after they allegedly removed approximately $90 in merchandise from JC Penney and The Bon-Ton.

Police said the incident happened around 6:30 p.m. yesterday.
