Two Butler County Women Face Theft Charges
BUTLER COUNTY, PA – According to sources, two Slippery Rock women face theft charges for allegedly shoplifting from three Butler Township retailers.
According to township police, 45-year-old Angie Grossman and 22-year-old Kayla Nye were held for a retail theft at a store at Butler Commons last week.
Police say that the pair also removed merchandise from two other stores in the area, amounting to about $750 in losses.
Police reports indicate Grossman was charged with two summary counts of retail theft, and Nye was charged with a summary count of retail theft and two misdemeanor counts of theft and receiving stolen property.
