SUGARCREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, around 7:47 a.m. on July 10, a two-car accident occurred on Route 62, Allegheny Blvd., 410 feet west of Front Street, Sugarcreek Borough, Venango County.

Police say 62-year-old Susan L. Grampp, of Reno, and 34-year-old Rusty J. Wilt, of Franklin, were involved in the collision.

This crash occurred as Wilt was stopped in his lane in a 2014 Kia Soul, turning left into Monro Muffler Brake, and Grampp was traveling behind Wilt in a 2009 Lexus ES350.

Grampp failed to stop, and her Lexus crashed into the Kia.

Both drivers were using seat belts, and no injuries were reported.

Grampp was charged with a traffic violation for “careless driving,” according to police.

No other information was provided.
