SANDYCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Two people were charged with harassment stemming from an incident that took place early yesterday morning.

State police in Franklin said Eric D. Wright, 23, Franklin, and Ralph L. Ballew, 53, Franklin, were cited for harassment after they allegedly assaulted each other during an argument at a location on Maplewood Drive in Sandycreek Township around 4:04 a.m. on Saturday.

Charges were filed with District Judge Snyder.
