COOPERSTOWN, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say around 8:21 a.m. on July 9, an incident of Harassment occurred on Pine Valley Lane, in Cooperstown, Venango County.

Franklin PSP are investigating a report of harassment at the above location.

According to police, 40-year-old Travis Duane Jacoby and 22-year-old Jodi Renee Delong were cited for Harassment and charges will be filed at Magistrate Fish’s office in Pleasantville.

No other information was provided.
