OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – A 34-year-old man is facing drug and DUI charges following a traffic stop in Oil City early this morning.

Oil City Police said Kristopher Kellogg, 34, was arrested on DUI charges after he was stopped for a traffic violation near the 600 block of North Street in Oil City.

After a search, police found Kellogg to be in possession of 24 suspected ecstasy pills.

A passenger, Jessica Kase, 28, was arrested on outstanding warrants and was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
