Two Oil City Residents Jailed for Terroristic Threats; Bail Set at $150k Each

pa-state-police-300x201CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police responded to two separate incidents at an Oakwood Road, Cranberry Township residence that involved Terroristic Threats and related offenses.

Police Respond to Oakwood Road Residence on March 19

PSP Franklin investigated a reported incident that occurred around 4:00 p.m. on March 19 at a residence on Oakwood Road.

As a result of the investigation, 24-year-old Josie Gabriel Harkless, of Oil City, was charged with the following offenses:

  • Terroristic Threats
  • Endangering the Welfare of Another Person

He was arrested and placed in the Venango County Jail in lieu of $150,000.00 bond.

Police Respond to Another Incident at Residence on Oakwood Road on March 20

Police were once again called to the Oakwood Road residence for a reported Domestic Dispute that occurred around 3:51 p.m. on March 20.

As a result of the investigation, 21-year-old Peter Dailin Harkless, of Oil City, was charged with the following offenses:

  • Terroristic Threats
  • Simple Assault
  • Harassment

Harkless was arrested and placed in Venango County Jail in lieu of $150,000.00 bond.

The victim in both incidents is a 45-year-old Oil City woman.

No other information was provided on either incident.
