Two Oil City Women Charged With Harboring Wanted Man

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Two Oil City woman are facing charges after they allegedly harbored and concealed a man wanted on active warrants.

Court documents indicate the Oil City Police Department filed criminal charges against 21-year-old Paige L. Domres and 47-year-old Michelle Denea Holton, both of Oil City.

According to a criminal complaint, around 6:10 p.m. on March 4, officers of the Oil City Police Department traveled to a residence on Cornwall Street to serve multiple active warrants on Ronald D. Resseger Jr.

According to the complaint, the officers first made contact with Michelle Holton who advised that Resseger was not at the residence and said she did not know any person by that name.

Police were able to enter the home due to another resident admitting to police that Resseger was inside.

Police then made contact with Paige Domres inside the residence and asked if Resseger was upstairs, where she had been.

According to the complaint, Domres reported that Resseger had left the residence about an hour before police arrived with multiple unknown males in a white sedan.

Police then searched the residence and located Resseger upstairs.

The following charge was filed Magisterial District Judge Andrew F. Fish’s office on Thursday, March 14 against Holton and Domres:

– Hinder Apprehension/Prosecution-Harbor Or Conceal — Misdemeanor 2

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, with Judge Fish presiding.

Certified summons were issued on March 14.
