Two Outstanding Drug Task Force Warrants served in Butler County

BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — According to police records, 20-year-old Dakota Joseph Hinchberger was taken into custody on a warrant charging him with delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.

Police say Hinchberger allegedly sold four stamp bags of heroin in the city of Butler, Pa., in August of 2011.

Hinchberger was arraigned and put in the Butler County jail on $50,000 bond.

According to police records, Task Force Officers took 43-year-old Deborah L Bourne into custody after officials found her in Harrisville.

Bourne faces charges of delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.

Police say Bourne allegedly sold Suboxone on East Penn Street, Butler, Pa., in November of 2011.

Bourne was placed in the Butler County jail on $10,000 bond.
