CANAL TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say around 5:30 p.m. on October 26, a report of harassment occurred at a residence along Swamp Road in Canal Township, Venango County.

According to police, a 25-year-old Franklin man and a 20-year-old Titusville woman arrived at the residence and a confrontation ensued with Belinda Hellman, 46, of Utica, and Suanne Lang, 24, of Franklin.

Charges were filed through District Court 28-3-01.
