UPDATE: CNET Nabs SCI Forest Correctional Officer, Fiancée on Felony Drug Charges

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – A correctional officer at SCI Forest State Penitentiary has been charged with allegedly selling prescription medication to a confidential informant on three different occasions.

Additionally, on one occasion, the defendant allegedly had a co-conspirator who is also facing drug charges.

Adam Douglas Dolby, 25, and Kelly Jo Clark, 25, both of Corsica, have been arrested on drug related charges.

CNET (Clarion County Narcotics Enforcement Team) officer William Peck was the arresting officer in all three cases.

According to the criminal complaints filed by Peck, the following incidents led to the defendants’ arrests:

Around 7:17 p.m. on June 18, CNET allegedly made a controlled drug purchase of 12 Suboxone strips from Adam Dolby in exchange for $150.00 in U.S. Currency. CNET allegedly made the purchase using a confidential informant and undercover CNET member. The transaction was set up in the old Bi-Lo parking lot on E. Main Street, in Clarion Township, Clarion.

Around 11:35 a.m. on June 21, CNET allegedly made a controlled drug purchase of 9 Suboxone Strips from Adam Dolby in exchange for $115.00 in U.S. Currency. CNET made the purchase using a confidential informant and undercover PA State Trooper. The transaction was set up for the Trader Horn parking lot in Clarion Township.

Around 7:45 a.m. on July 25, CNET allegedly conducted a controlled purchase of 20 Suboxone Strips from Adam Dolby and Clark’s fiancée, Kelly Jo Clark, in exchange for $400.00 in U.S. Currency. CNET allegedly made the purchase using a CNET confidential informant and undercover Attorney General Agent with the transaction to be made at the WalMart parking lot in Monroe Township.

After the transaction was made, CNET members and PSP Clarion conducted a “Felony” traffic stop and took Dolby and Clark into custody for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Unable to post $25,000.00 bail, Dolby was incarcerated in the Clarion County Jail.

Clark was currently on probation in Jefferson County and was placed into the Clarion County Jail on a probation detainer.

Dolby faces the following charges:

– 3 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– 1 count of Conspiracy – Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– 3 counts of Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor
– 3 counts of Criminal Use Of Communication Facility, Felony 3

Clark faces the following charges:

– 1 count of Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– 1 count of Conspiracy – Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– 1 count of Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 8 at 11:00 a.m. for Dolby.

No information has been provided for a court date of Clark.
