Missing Emlenton Teen Found Safe

EMLENTON, Pa. (EYT) – An Emlenton teen who had been missing since Christmas has been found safe and unharmed, according to her uncle.

Katie Planker left her home in Emlenton on December 25, 2012, and had not been seen since, according to her uncle, John Planker.

Mr. Planker says Franklin-based state police found Katie and she is now home safe.

“I picked her up and she is back home safe and sound.”, Mr. Planker told exploreClarion.com.

The family did not release any further details.

Calls to police for comment were not immediately returned.
