CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say an Oil City woman has been charged with a theft that occurred at the Cranberry Mall, in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

According to police, sometime between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on June 11, 68-year-old Barbara Jean Logo, of Oil City, allegedly stole a 24-year-old Tionesta woman’s iPhone that was misplaced at the Cranberry Mall.

Police say Logo sold the iPhone to The Attic on July 22. When questioned, Logo allegedly admitted to taking the phone from the mall and subsequently selling it.

Charges are being filed with District Judge Patrick Lowery charging Logo with Theft — Property Lost, Mislaid, or Delivered by Mistake.

The total value of the iPhone is $100.00.
