Utica Woman Charged with Harassment

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – The Oil City Police Department filed criminal charges against a Utica woman on Friday.

According to police, charges were filed against Carol Snyder, of Utica, on Friday, June 23.

Police say Snyder was advised in March to not have any further contact with the victim and that if she did, it could result in criminal charges.

On June 23, Patrolman Rosenberger received messages that were allegedly sent to the victim from Snyder.

Snyder was charged with Harassment by Communication, a third-degree misdemeanor.

The charges are being filed through Judge Fish of District Court 28-3-01.
