UTICA, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say a woman lost control of her vehicle and struck a tree in Utica Borough, Venango County.

Cline was wearing a seatbelt and suffered suspected minor injuries.

The vehicle sustained heavy front-end damage and was towed from the scene by Venango Towing.
