Vehicle Crashes into Tree Off Route 208; Tionesta Man Escapes Injury

WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Marienville-based State Police say a one-vehicle crash occurred on Saturday night on State Route 208, in Washington Township, Clarion County.

According to police, around 9:27 p.m. on Saturday, December 30, 25-year-old Bri A. Walker, of Tionesta, entered his 2002 Chevrolet Blazer on Route 208 westbound after making a left hand turn off Sunny Road. The vehicle lost control and traveled off the right side of Route 208 and struck a tree, coming to a final rest facing east.

Walker was using a seat belt and was not injured.

He was charged with a traffic violation.

The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene by Snyder’s Auto Body.
