Vehicle Slams into Tree Off Route 427; Driver Escapes Injury

JACKSON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police say a one-vehicle accident occurred Friday afternoon on State Route 427, in Jackson Township, Venango County.

According to police, around 4:38 p.m. on August 11, a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer, driven by 27-year-old Erica L. Bunce, of Mercer, was traveling north on Bradleytown Road (Route 427). The vehicle was negotiating a right curve in the road and traveled off the west berm and then hit a tree.

Bunce was using a seat belt and was not injured.

She was charged with a traffic violation.

Lowry Towing removed the vehicle from the scene.
