| July 25, 2016

WilliamsFRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – Venango County Deputy Sheriff Ryan Williams was invited to speak to the children during Sunday School yesterday at Atlantic Avenue United Brethren Church in Franklin, Pa.

Deputy Williams talked about his duties as a law enforcement officer, as well as the importance of the children obeying all authority, including their parents.

He stressed the fact that they should not be afraid of Law Enforcement Officers because their job is to keep them and their community safe. And, “as long as they are listening to God and choosing what’s right, they will never have to worry about having a negative interaction with law enforcement.”

The visit ended with a game of “Cops and Robbers.”
