FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin Police Department is investigating the theft of a payroll check and an attempt to cash it at a local bank.
The white male pictured in the photos below is believed to be in his late 20s or early 30s and approximately 6′ tall. He has tattoos on the right side of his neck, right bicep, and left forearm.
