Venango County Fair Continues

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – The Annual Venango County Fair continues through Saturday, August 9.

The theme, created by Anna Campbell Sowden, of Oil City, for this year’s fair is “Unity Through Community.”

The annual event features agricultural, livestock and small animal exhibits, judging, contests, entertainment, food, demolition derby, baked goods auction, magic shows, contests, garden tractor pulls and much more.

NOMaD, a country music band with local ties, will perform at 7:30 on Sunday, August 3. Luke Zacherl, the band’s fiddle player is a 1999 graduate of Keystone High School.

The fairgrounds are located at 867 Mercer Road in Franklin, Pa.
