These scrumptious cookies are made with a cake mix!
German Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
1 regular size pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
2 eggs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
Directions
~Preheat oven at 350°.
~In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, butter, oats, and eggs until well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and raisins.
~Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2″ apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are firm. Cool for 5 minutes; before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
~Makes about 3-1/2 dozen cookies
