Hearty Ham Salad
Ingredients
2 cups cooked ham — ground in a food processor
½ cup celery — minced
¼ cup sweet onion — finely chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 hard-boiled eggs — diced
2 tbsp. cup sweet pickle relish — drained
½ cup mayonnaise
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate until chilled.
Serve on bread as a sandwich or with crackers!
