Apple-Cream Graham Cracker Pie
Ingredients
1 — 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 — 8 oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 — 9 in. graham cracker crust
1-3/4 cups apple pie filling
Dash ground cinnamon
Directions
~In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
~Pour into crust. Top with pie filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
~Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
