Dawn’s Reuben Casserole
Ingredients
1 — 16 oz. can sauerkraut, well washed and drained
1 — 12 oz. can corned beef, broken up
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
2 cups grated natural Swiss cheese
2 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 cup bread crumbs
Directions
~Put sauerkraut in casserole dish, top with corned beef.
~Combine mayonnaise and dressing. Spread mixture over meat, sprinkle with cheese, and top with tomatoes.
~Melt butter and stir in bread crumb. Sprinkle on top.
~Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
