Julie’s Ham Salad
2 cups cooked ham – ground in a food processor
½ cup celery – minced
¼ cup sweet onion – finely chopped
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 hard-boiled eggs – diced
2 tbsp. cup sweet pickle relish – drained
½ cup mayonnaise
~Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate until chilled.
~Serve with crackers or on bread as a sandwich.
