Lori’s Stuffed Shells
1 – 12 oz. pkg. jumbo pasta shells
1 – 26 oz. jar of traditional spaghetti sauce
36 frozen fully cooked Italian meatballs, thawed
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
~Preheat oven at 350°.
~Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place 1/2 cup sauce in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Place a meatball in each shell; transfer to prepared dish. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
~Cover and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover; bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
