Mary’s Stuffed Pasta Shells with Spinach
Ingredients
16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
15 oz. ricotta cheese
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
12 oz. jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
28 oz. traditional spaghetti sauce
Directions
~Preheat oven to 350°.
~Combine cheeses and spinach. Stuff into shells.
~Arrange in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over the shells.
~Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
