A great dessert for holiday get-togethers!
Mini Cherry Cheesecake Dessert
Ingredients
2 – 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
20 Nabisco Nilla wafers
Cherry pie topping
Foil cupcake baking cups
Directions
~Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
~Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together well.
~Put a Nabisco Nilla wafer in each foil cupcake baking cup. Fill foil cupcake baking cup about 2/3 full with cheesecake mix.
~Bake for 17 minutes.
~Let cool and then top each individual cheesecake with a spoonful of cherry pie topping.
