Sandy’s Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

Ingredients

2 cups pretzels — broken to nut size
3/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 large strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
2- 10 ounce packages frozen strawberries
8 ounces cream cheese
1 medium size tub extra creamy Cool Whip

Directions

~Mix first three ingredients in 9×12 inch baking dish. Bake eight minutes at 400 degrees. Let cool.

~Mix jello and water. Add frozen strawberries. Set until it starts to thicken.

~Add cream cheese and sugar. Fold in cool whip. Spread on pretzels. Spread strawberry mixture on top. Top with more cool whip. Chill.
